the staff exhibited really good kindness and helpfulness across all departments, including reception, breakfast service, and housekeeping i found the hotel is conveniently located very near the metro, facilitating easy travel throughout the area the room offered a great sense of tranquility and comfort during my entire stay. it was a relaxing experience.

the hotel offered a fitness center equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes a pool area featured twenty loungers along with a shaded section, perfect for relaxation and light exercise. free access to these options was a major convenience.

I found the staff friendly. They accommodated my needs well. My check in was quick with no errors. The room had been modernised recently with a nice bathroom. A great breakfast and pleasant bar added value. Putney East station is also a convenient five minute walk away.

the staff were very polite and efficient. the hotel itself felt super clean and cozy. breakfast had a good selection, that really started my days right. the location, so close to the tube, made getting around simple.
the room above me was making loud noises, disturbing my peaceful sleep. i wish soundproofing could have been better for a calm stay.

the reception, bar staff, and housekeeping were all great! i always received a warm welcome. the bar staff even reserved a table for me to watch sports on tv!!! the hotel's location is super convenient, near the rail, tube, and loads of restaurants.
there was some building work happening, but it really didn't bother me much at all.

on-site parking is available, very convenient. the hotel is a short walk to the east putney tube station, allowing quick access to central areas. tea and coffee facilities are in each room, with replenished supplies.

the restaurant offers a buffet breakfast with english breakfast options, classic ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. the food was AMAZING!!! the bar offers cocktails, and the service is spot on. i highly recommend the soup of the day.

The breakfast included a good selection. The location was convenient for accessing public transportation, a definite plus for exploring the area. I found the breakfast choices quite diverse. There was a lot of space.
My room was located up several flights of stairs. This proved inconvenient with luggage, and there was no lift available. The rooftop window had no blind. The light at night was quite intrusive, and i needed an eye mask.
